During the holidays everyone seems to busy decorating, shopping, baking and entertaining.   If you are trying to sell you feel under extra pressure to maintain your home in order and are tempted to take it off the market.  But, if you are off the market, what chance do you have of selling?  Holidays can be a good time to sell.  Many people are off of work.  While activity appears to slow, buyers who are actively looking are serious.  Some have to relocate without choice.  So with reduced inventories and motivated buyers, you may find you have more showings than during a busier time of year.
